These terms apply to your use of www.holeinoneworld.com and to any order you place with us ("Hole-In-One", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Ordering

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or priced in error), and if we do we'll refund any payment taken.

Your account

You need an account to place an order. You must give accurate details, keep your password confidential, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.

Reviews

Only customers who have bought a product can review it, and each customer may leave one review per product. Reviews are checked before they appear. We won't publish anything unlawful, offensive, misleading or off-topic, and we may remove a review at any time. By submitting a review you allow us to publish it, alongside your first name, on our site.

Trade accounts

Trade accounts are offered at our discretion to genuine trade customers. We may ask you to verify your business, and we may decline, change or withdraw a trade discount at any time. Trade discounts apply automatically at checkout when you are signed in, and cannot be combined with voucher codes — where both would apply, you receive whichever is worth more.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay and depend on your delivery region. Payment is taken securely through PayPal.

Vouchers and discounts. Voucher codes may have an expiry date, a minimum spend or a usage limit, and can be withdrawn at any time. Only one discount applies to an order.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within the timescales shown on the site. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your region and the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Your right to cancel, return items and receive refunds is set out in our Refunds & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your information

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Our products

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations can occur. If an item is faulty or not as described, your legal rights apply in full.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law
