Refunds & Returns
Last updated: 1 August 2026
We want you to be happy with your Hole-In-One order. This policy explains when and how you can return an item and get a refund. It sits alongside your legal rights under UK consumer law, which it does not affect. Questions? Email [your contact email].
Changed your mind (14-day cooling-off)
Because you buy online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, email us at [your contact email] with your order number. After telling us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. We refund the price you paid for the goods, plus the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or receiving proof that you have sent it).
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, [you cover / we cover] the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you're entitled to a full refund, replacement or repair. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from receiving a faulty item to reject it for a full refund. Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll put it right — you won't pay return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
How to return an item
- Email [your contact email] with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply with the return address and any instructions.
- Send the item back, keeping your proof of postage.
- Once we receive and check it, we process your refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method (your PayPal account or the card you used through PayPal). Once we process a refund it can take a few working days to appear, depending on your provider.
Return address
Hole-In-One returns — [your returns address]. Please don't send items back before contacting us, so we can log your return and help it go smoothly.

This policy is a starting template based on UK distance-selling rules. Please review it, fill in the details in brackets (contact email, return address, and who pays return postage), and consider having it checked before you rely on it.
